1. Accounts and Registration

To access our art courses and 1:1 guidance features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

2. Intellectual Property Rights (Our Content)

All educational materials, video lessons, course structures, tutorials, text, graphics, and the overall design of the JaganArt app are the exclusive intellectual property of Jagadeesh Narayanan and JaganArt.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational use.
• You may not download, record, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our video lessons or course materials.
• Any unauthorized sharing or piracy of JaganArt courses will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

3. User-Generated Content (Your Artworks)

As part of the 1:1 guidance feature, you may submit images of your artwork for critique and feedback.

• You retain full ownership of any original artwork you create and submit to the app.
• By uploading your artwork, you grant JaganArt a limited, secure license solely for the purpose of viewing, analyzing, and providing educational feedback within the app.
• We will not use your uploaded artworks for marketing or public display without your explicit written consent.
• You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, highly offensive, or infringes upon the copyrights of a third party.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

JaganArt offers courses for purchase either individually or via subscription. All payments are processed securely through established third-party platforms (like Google Play Billing).

• Prices for courses are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect past purchases.
• Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access provided, all sales are final unless otherwise mandated by local consumer protection laws or the specific refund policy of the app store where the purchase was made.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

JaganArt provides an educational platform. While we strive to provide the highest quality instruction, we do not guarantee specific artistic results, career advancements, or professional success from taking our courses. Your progress depends entirely on your own effort, practice, and application of the techniques taught.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JaganArt and Jagadeesh Narayanan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the app or inability to access the courses.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or email. Continued use of JaganArt after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
